UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Learned counsel for the respondent prays for six weeks' time to comply with the order dated 27th February, 2017.
Let the matter be listed on 5th May, 2017. No further time shall be granted on that day.
The Managing Director and all the Directors of the UNITECH Limited, the respondent No.12 herein, shall remain personally present on that day so that the consumers do not suffer and rush to the Court on each occasion.
No application for dispensation of personal presence shall be entertained.
