"It is submitted by Mr. Harish Pandey, learned counsel appearing for All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) that it has taken a decision to scale down in certain subjects and

not to allow in certain subjects. Let the said decision be communicated to the petitioners within a week hence. Needless to say, when the scaling down takes place, the period shall be fixed by the AICTE in consultation with the University for completing the academic session. Needless to say, the counseling shall be done by the Convenor, SW-II, the respondent No.5 herein."

It I agreed at the Bar that the words "Convenor,SW-II, the respondent No.5 herein" shall be substituted by "Convenor, Telangana State EAMCET Admissions-2016, the respondent No.5 herein".

The prayer stands accepted and the order is modified accordingly.

The I.A. stands disposed of accordingly.
