UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R IA NO.76361/2025-APPLICATION FOR PERMISSION TO FILE FOR
SUBSTITUTED SERVICE Application for substituted service is permitted. The petitioner shall make a publication in any two newspapers, one newspapers in vernacular and one newspapers in English, having wide circulation within the locality in which the unserved respondents are residing.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is granted a period of six weeks to file appropriate application to bring on record the legal representatives of deceased respondent Nos.12 to 14.
