It is submitted that counsel for the Petitioner has on 8 th December, 2016 filed spare copies but the addresses of Respondent Nos. 2 to 6 are not complete. Therefore, show cause notice could not be issued.

The Special Leave Petition above mentioned has been filed against the Judgment and final Order dated 11th November, 2014 of the Hon'ble Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad at Hyderabad in O.A No. 242 of 2013.

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that there is delay of 571 days in filing the Special Leave Petition and counsel for the Petitioner has also filed application for condonation of delay in filing Special Leave Petition and the same is registered as I.A No. 1 of 2016.

It is further submitted that as per Para-1A of Special Leave Petition it is stated that the Petitioner has not availed any relief against the impugned judgment. The alternate relief available to the petitioner to challenge the impugned order by filing Writ Petition before the Hon'ble High Court will not serve the purpose in view of the pendency of SLP before the Hon'ble Court on the same issue involving similarly placed employees.

It is further submitted that instant matter is tagged with SLP(C)..CC No. 6347 of 2016 arising out of similar issue which is listed before the Hon'ble Court on 17th October, 2016. (Court No. 10, Item No. 23).

The aforesaid matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report. Dated this, the 08th day of October, 2016.
