SLP(C)NO.32347 OF 2016

The matter above mentioned was listed alongwith other connected matters before the Hon'ble Court on 24th October, 2016, when the court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Issue notice both on the special leave petitions as also on the limitation. Tag with SLP(C) No......../2015 CC No.12706/2015."

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to sole respondent. Neither AD Card not unserved cover containing notice has been received back. Hence, service of show cause notice is incomplete.

SLP(C)NO.32340 OF 2016

The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 24th October, 2016, when the court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Issue notice both on the special leave petition as also on the limitation. Tag with SLP(C) No.24745/2015 (arising out of SLP(C) No...../2015 CC No.12706 of 2015)."

It is submitted that in view of the above quoted order, Counsel for the Petitioner has not filed spare copy of the Special Leave Petition. Hence, show cause notice could not be issued to sole respondent.

SLP(C)NO. 14514 OF 2017 @ SLP(C)CC..No. 21204 OF 2016

The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 18th November, 2016, when the court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Issue notice both on the special leave petition as also on the limitation, subject to petitioners depositing a cost of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with the Supreme Court Legal Services Authority. Tag with SLP(C) NO....../2015 CC No.12706/2015."

It is submitted that in view of the above quoted order, Counsel for the Petitioner has on 9th March, 2017 filed proof of deposit after depositing the amount of Rs. 10, 000/- in the Supreme Court legal Aid Services Authority but counsel for the Petitioner has not filed spare copies of the Special Leave Petition hence show cause notice could not be issued to sole respondent.

Service is incomplete.

SLP(C)NO.35332 OF 2016

The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 25th November, 2016, when the court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Delay condoned. Issue notice. Tag with SLP(C) No. 24745 of 2015."

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to sole respondent on 20th December, 2016. Mr. Ananga Bhattacharya, Advocate has on 21st March, 2017 filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of sole respondent but he has not filed counter affidavit till date. Service of show cause notice is complete.

SLP(C)NO.32340 OF 2016

The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 24th October, 2016, when the court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Issue notice both on the special leave petition as also on the limitation. Tag with SLP(C) No.24745/2015 (arising out of SLP(C) No...../2015 CC No.12706 of 2015)."

It is submitted that in view of the above quoted order, counsel for the Petitioner has not filed spare copy of the Special Leave Petition. Hence, show cause notice could not be issued to sole respondent. Service of show cause notice is incomplete.

SLP(C)NO.301, 302, 305, 308 and 309 OF 2017

The matters above mentioned were before the Hon'ble Court on 1st July, 2016, when the court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Delay is condoned subject to payment of costs of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) in each case with the Supreme Court Employees Mutual Welfare Fund within a period of four weeks.

Issue notice. Tag with Special Leave Petition (c) No.24745/2015 @ CC No.12706/2015."

Thereafter, the matters above mentioned were before the Hon'ble Court on 2nd Januay, 2017, when the court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Delay in depositing payment of Rs.5,000/- is condoned."

SLP (C)NO. 301 OF 2017

It is submitted that show cause notice was issued to sole respondent on 12th January, 2017. Mr. Ananga Bhattacharya, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of sole respondent but he has not filed counter affidavit so far.

Service of show cause notice is complete.

SLP (C)NO. 302 OF 2017

It is submitted that show cause notice was issued to sole respondent on 24th January, 2017. Mr. Ananga Bhattacharya, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of sole respondent but he has not filed counter affidavit so far.

Service of show cause notice is complete.

SLP (C)NO. 305 OF 2017

It is submitted that show cause notice was issued to sole respondent on 24th January, 2017. As per track report, item has been delivered but no one has entered appearance o his behalf so far.

Service of show cause notice is complete.

SLP (C)NO. 308 OF 2017

It is submitted that show cause notice was issued to sole respondent on 24th January, 2017. Mr. Ananga Bhattacharya, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of sole respondent but he has not filed counter affidavit so far. ...5/-

Service of show cause notice is complete.

SLP (C)NO. 309 OF 2017

It is submitted that show cause notice was issued to sole respondent on 24th January, 2017. As per track report, item has been delivered but no one has entered appearance o his behalf so far.

SLP(C)NO.32349, 32350 and 32357 OF 2016

The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 24th October, 2016, when the court was pleased to pass the following order:-

It is submitted that show cause notice was issued to sole respondent in each above mentioned matters on 19th November, 2016. Mr. Ananga Bhattacharya, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of sole respondent in each above mentioned matters but he has not filed counter affidavit so far.

SLP(C)NO.30128 OF 2016

The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 19th September, 2016, when the court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Delay is condoned subject to payment of costs of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with the Supreme Court Employees Mutual Welfare Fund within a period of four weeks. Issue notice. Tag with SLP(C) No......./2016 CC No.10279/2016 and connected matters."

It is submitted that in view of the above quoted order Counsel for the Petitioner has on 22nd June, 2016 filed proof of payment of Rs. 10, 000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) in the Supreme Court Employees Mutual Welfare Fund. Thereafter, show cause notice was issued to sole respondent on 25th October, 2016. Neither AD Card not unserved cover containing notice has been received back. Hence, service of show cause notice is incomplete.
