There shall be interim stay of the operation of :

(i) the impugned judgment and order in O.A. No. 6 of 2012 and M.A. nos. 967 of 2013 and 275 of 2014 and O.A. No. 300 of 2013 and M.A. Nos. 877/2013, 49/2014, 88/2014 and 570/2014 passed by the National Green Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi, dated 13.01.2015 and; (ii) impugned interim common judgment and order in O.A. No. 6 of 2012 and M.A. No. 238 of 2015, M.A. No. 199 of 2015 and M.A. No. 344 of 2015 in O.A. No. 300 of 2013 and M.A. No. 868 of 2014, M.A. No. 440 of 2015 and M.A. No. 441 of 2015 in O.A. No. 6 of 2012, dated 08.05.2015 passed by the National Green Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi, until further."

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to all the ten respondents in CA Nos. 92769278/2015, thirteen respondent in CA Nos. 92799283/2015, sixteen respondents in 92849287/2015 and fifteen respondents in CA Nos. 92889290 of 2015, on 23.11.2015 through registered AD post. Ms. Anitha Shenoy, Advocate has filed vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent No. 1 in all the appeals. Mr. Suresh Chand Tripathy, Advocate has filed vakalatnama on behalf of

Respondent No. 11 in Civil Appeal Nos. 928487/15, Mr. Ashwani Kumar, Advocate has filed vakalatnama on behalf of common respondent Nos 4, 6, 4 and 6 (DDA) in Civil Appeal Nos. 927678/15, 927983/14, 928487/14 and 928890/15, Mr. Praveen Swarup, Advocate has filed vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent No. 16 in Civil Appeal Nos. 928487/14, Mr. D.N. Goburdhun, Advocate has filed vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent No. 5 in CA Nos.927685/15, Respondent No. 12 in CA Nos. 928783/15 and Respondent No. 5 in CA Nos. 928487/15, Respondent No. 12 in CA Nos. 928890/15, Mr. Anup Kumar, Advocate has filed vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent No. 13 in CA Nos. 928487/15 but they has not filed counter affidavit so far. Neither A.D. cards nor unserved covers have been received back in respect of rest of the respondents so far. Service of show cause notice in the matter is incomplete so far.

It is submitted that Ms. Anitha Shenoy, Advocate has on 12.12.2015 filed applications for modification/clarification of interim order dated 30.10.2015 on behalf of Respondent No. 1. The applications are registered as I.A. Nos. 7791 of 2015. (Copy of applications are placed with main appeal paper books).

The applications above mentioned were mentioned before the Hon'ble Court on 8th January, 2016, when the following order was passed:
