No. 300 of 2013 and M.A. Nos. 877/2013, 49/2014, 88/2014 and 570/2014 passed by the National Green Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi, dated 13.01.2015 and; (ii) impugned interim common judgment and order in O.A.

No. 6 of 2012 and M.A. No. 238 of 2015, M.A. No. 199 of 2015 and M.A. No. 344 of 2015 in O.A. No. 300 of 2013 and M.A. No. 868 of 2014, M.A. No. 440 of 2015 and M.A. No. 441 of 2015 in O.A. No. 6 of 2012, dated 08.05.2015 passed by the National Green Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi, until further."

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to all the ten respondents in CA Nos. 92769278/2015 on 23.11.2015 through registered AD post. Ms. Anitha Shenoy, M/s. Aswhani Kumar and D.N. Goburdhun, Advocates have filed vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1, 4 (DDA) and 5 (DPCC) respectivly but they have not filed counter affidavit so far. Neither A.D. cards nor unserved covers have been received back in respect of respondent Nos. 2, 3, 6 to 10 so far. Service of show cause notice in the matter is incomplete.

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to all the thirteen respondents in CA Nos. 92799287/2015 on 23.11.2015 through registered AD post. Ms. Anitha Shenoy, M/s. Ashwani Kumar and D.N. Goburdhun, Advocates have filed vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1, 6(DDA) and 12(DPCC) respectively but they have not filed counter affidavit so far. Neither A.D. cards nor unserved covers have been received back in respect of respondent Nos. 2 to 5, 7 to 11 and 13 so far. Service of show cause notice in the matter is incomplete.

Goburdhun, Suresh Chand Tripathy, Anup Kumar, Praveen Swarup, Advocates have filed vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1, 4, 5, 11(DDA), 12(DJB), 13, 16 respectively but they have not filed counter affidavit so far. Neither A.D. cards nor unserved covers have been received back in respect of respondent Nos. 2, 3, 6 to 10, 14 and 15 so far. Service of show cause notice in the matter is incomplete.

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to all the fifteen respondents in CA Nos. 92889290/2015 on 23.11.2015 through registered AD post. Ms. Anitha Shenoy, M/s. Ashwani Kumar, D.N. Goburdhun, Advocates have filed vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1, 6 (DDA), 12 (DPCC) but they have not filed counter affidavit so far. The applications (IA Nos. 7791) were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 18th January, 2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Heard.

Our Interim Order dated 30.10.2015 shall stand substituted by the following: "interim prayer in terms of para 12 (b) of the application for interim stay is granted to the extent it relates to the appellant. I.As. No. 791 of 2015 are accordingly allowed and disposed off."

It is lastly submitted that Mr. P. Ramesh Kumar, Advocate has on 20.1.2016 filed applications for correction/modification of Court's order dated 18.1.2016. The applications are registered as I.A. Nos. 92106. (Copy of applications are placed with main appeal paper books.

The applications in the matters abovementioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
