The Writ Petition above-mentioned was filed by Mr. Dhanesh Ieshdhan, Petitioner-in-person on 28.09.2015, praying therein to:
"issue writ in the nature of mandamus or otherwise directing all the respondents to frame a uniform and time-bound programme on war-footing to eradicate the mosquitoes infected diseases like the Malaria, the Dengue, the Chikengunia, the Yellow-fever, the Filiariasis, the Encephalitis, the Dermatobia, the Surra in horse caused by the different species of mosquitoes along with to check and eliminate the House-flies and the Tse Tse fly, which caused several other dangerous carking diseases like the Typhoid, the Diarrohea, the Amobebic dysentery, the Trachoma, the Opthalma, the Conjunctivities, the Leprosy, the Plague, the Cholera, the Gonorrhoea, the Sleeping-sickness the Nagana in horses, completely from the country by well-regulated and cross-checked monitoring for the weekly thermal-fogging and the daily medicinal spray on the open-air surfaced water-cloggings all along their particular area, even by taking medical and hygienic advice on international level, etc."
It is submitted that the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition No. 17780 (Application for permission to appear and argue in person) was placed before the Registrar and interaction with the Petitioner-in-person by the Registrar has been done on 16.10.2015. (Copy of the Report of the Registrar dated 16.10.2015 is enclosed herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court).
It is further submitted that in response to the defect raised by this Registry regarding authority letter to file the petition, Mr. Dhinesh Ieshdhan, Petitioner-in-person has given a letter dated 06.10.2015. (Copy of the letter dated 06.10.2015 is enclosed herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court).
It is lastly submitted that Notice of hearing for 27.10.2015 was sent to Mr. Dhinesh Ieshdhan, Petitioner-in-person through Registered A.D. on 28.10.2015. Neither A.D. card nor unserved cover containing the notice of hearing has been received back, so far. However, he has been telephonically informed about the date of listing of the matter.
The Writ Petition alongwith Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report for Orders.
