UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Respondent Nos.2-10 & 12 have failed to file counter affidavit despite grant of last opportunity. Ld.counsel appearing for the above respondents submits that he will file the counter affidavit during the course of the day. If the same is filed, will be taken on record.

Service is complete qua respondent Nos.11 & 14 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

Four weeks' time, as a last chance, is given to the Ld.counsel final memory memory to comply with the terms of the order dated 04.01.2019 of this Court for effecting service upon respondent Nos.1 & 13.
