Better particulars of the respondent have already been furnished by the petitioner. However, petitioner has not filed application praying for substitution of deceased respondent no.10 in TP(C) no.1372/2012 so far.

Service is not complete on respondent nos. 5,11,12 and 19 in TP(c) no.1367/2012, respondent nos. 1,2,10 and 22 in TP(c) no.1371-73/2012 and respondent nos. 4 to 6 in TP(c) no.1383-85/2012.

Service report in respect of respondent no.4 is still awaited from the respective High Court. TP(C) NO.515-36/2013

Petitioner has not filed application for substitution of deceased respondent Nos. 1 and 11 and has also failed to furnish the latest address of unserved respondent nos. 1 and 23 despite last opportunity warned. Further opportunity is therefore declined.
