UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

The ld. Counsel for the petitioner and the ld. Counsel for the respondent No.1 in TP(C) Nos. 376,377,380,383 and 384 of 2013 are present. What gets revealed from the perusal of the order of this Court dt.27.11.2013 is that final chance for filing the counter affidavit was given to the respondent No.1 and the other respondents but neither he nor the other respondents have filed the counter affidavit so far. Therefore, no further opportunity is warranted to be given to them taking into consideration the rule position.

Service is complete as against the respondent nos. 3 to 5 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf. -2-

The ld. Counsel for the petitioner has neither filed the fresh particulars of the respondent No.1 in TP(C) no. 374/2013 nor has he filed the affidavit in proof of dasti notice issued to the said respondent. She seeks four weeks time on that count. Time as prayed for is given to her as last chance.
