It is submitted that there are three respondents M/s. Gaurav Agrawal and Yogesh Kanna, Advocate has filed vakalatnama and appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 2 and 3 but they have not filed counter affidavit so far. No one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent No. 1 though served with notice. Mrs. Sushma Suri, Advocate has on 03.07.2015 filed vakalatnama and memo of appearance on behalf of Ministry of Home Affairs, Union of India but same is not a party in the matter above-mentioned.

WRIT PETITION (Crl.) NO. 8 OF 2015:

It is submitted that there are four respondents. Mr. Yogesh Kanna, Advocate has filed vakalatnama and appearance on behalf of respodent No. 1 but he has not filed counter affidavit so far. No one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 3 and 4 though served with notice. Neither A.D. Card nor unserved cover has been received from respondent No. 2 till date.

Service of notice is not complete on respondent No. 2.

WRIT PETITION (Crl.) NO. 19 OF 2015:

It is submitted that there are three respondents. Mr. Tarun Gupta, Advocate has filed vakalatnama and appearance on behalf of respodent Nos. 2 and 3 but he has not filed counter affidavit so far. Neither A.D. Card nor unserved cover has been received from respondent No. 1 till date.

It is submitted that there are three respondents. Notice to the respondents has been issued by registered A.D. M/s. Karanjawala & Co., Advocates for respondent No. 2 has on 04.06.2015 filed counter affidavit (copy included in the paper books). Neither A.D. Card nor unserved cover has been received from respondent Nos. 1 and 3 so far. It is submitted that there are three respondents. Notice to the respondents has been issued by special messenger of this Registry as well as dasti notice issued counsel for the petitioner for dasti service on respondent No. 1 only. Mr. Nishant R. Katneshwarkar, Advocate has entered appearance on behalf of respondent No. 2 but he has not filed counter affidavit so far. Mr. Merusagar Samantaray, Advocate has entered appearance on behalf of respondent No. 3 and he has also filed counter affidavit (Copy of the same as a separate paper book has been placed with writ petition paper book). No one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent No. 1 though served with notice.

WRIT PETITION (Crl.) NO. 77 OF 2015:

It is submitted that there are ten respondents. Notice to the respondents has been issued by registered A.D. on 29.05.2015. Mr. M.
