It is submitted that the instant writ petition was listed before the Hon'ble Court along with connected matters on 12.08.2015, when the Court reserved its judgment.

It is further submitted that the Crl.M.P.No. 13386/2015 in the matter above-mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 18.08.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass following Order:

"Heard Mr. G.S. Mani, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. L. Nageshwara Rao and Mr. Subramonium Prasad, learned senior counsel along with Mr. M. Yogesh Kanna, learned counsel for the State of Tamil Nadu and Mr. P.S. Narasimha, learned Additional Solicitor General for the Union of India. Hearing concluded. Judgment reserved."

It is further submitted that the petitioner-in-person has on 02.09.2015 filed an application for quashing the complaint/ summons order after taking permission from the Hon'ble Court and the same has been registered as Crl.M.P. No. 15103 of 2015. The said application was mentioned before the Hon'ble Court on 02.09.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Taken on Board. List CRLMP. No. 15103 of 2015 in Writ Petition (Crl) No. 184 of 2014 on 07.09.2015."

The application in the writ petition above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
