UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

On 01.12.2023, this Court observed that considering the dispute regarding the legal heirs of deceased respondent no.1 which is pending consideration before the Delhi High Court in Testamentary Case No.20 of 2021, it would be appropriate to await the decision of the Delhi High Court. The said matter is now posted on 26.03.2025.

In view of the above, post these matters in the third week of February, 2025.
