The counter affidavit filed on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 3, as prayed for, be also accepted to be one by Respondent No.5.

Learned counsel for Respondent Nos. 1 to 6 submits that though the Respondent Nos. 4 to 6 have expired meanwhile, their legal heirs are already on record.

Learned counsel for the appellant prays for and is granted two weeks' time to cross-check this aspect and take necessary steps, if required.
