The appeal above mentioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on 23/02/2016, with office report dated 28/11/2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Respondent nos. 1-3 have already filed counter affidavit.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent nos. 1 to 3 seek's time for for filing vakalatnama and counter affidavit on behalf of other respondents also. Be filed within four weeks time. List again on 05.05.2016."

It is submitted that Counsel for the respondents No 1 to 3 have not filed Vakalatnama and Memo of appearance on behalf of other respondents so far. AS per Certificate of service has been received from the High Court of Delhi and stating therein Notice has not been served on respondent No.7 " In want for complete address/residence does not exist" and in this regard, counsel for the apellant has not furnished the latest and correct address of respondent No. 7. Ms. Vasundhra Singh, Advocate has appeared on behalf of respondent Nos. 4 to 6 but she has not filed vakalatnama/appearance and counter affidavit so far.

It is further submitted that there are 7 respondents in this appeal and Mr. Rahul Gupta, Advocate has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent No.1 to 3 after taking "NOC" from the erstwhile Advocate Mr. Debasis Misra. As High Court Certificate of service, Service of Notice of Lodgement petition of appeal is complete on

Respondent Nos. 4, 5 & 6 but Ms. Vasundhra Singh, Advocate has not entered appearance on their behalf so far.

It is also submitted that counsel for the parties have not filed the statement of case despite Registry's letter dated 22/05/2015. As per latest amended SCR 2013, List of date has been filed in this appeal.

Service of Notice of Lodgement petition of appeal is not complete on R.No. 7.

The appeal above mentioned is listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar with this Office Report.
