It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Judge-in-Chambers that these matters have been filed against the Judgment and Orders dated 11.08.2015 and 02.05.2016 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in WP(C) Nos. 2293 and 2594/2015 respectively alongwith applications for condonation of delay in filing and re-filing SLP and the same has been included in respective SLP Paper Books.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner was required to file proof of service of supply of copy of SLP on Mr. Yashraj Singh and Ms. Jasmine Damkewala, Advocates appearing on Caveat on behalf of Respondent No. 1 in both the matters but they have not done the needful so far. Hence, listing of the matters have been held up.

The default on the part of the counsel for the petitioner is reported to Hon'ble Chamber Judge with this office report.
