C.A.No. 10910-10917/2014

Respondent No.1 of CA No.10911/2014 and 10916/2014 has filed the vakalatnama but certain defects have been noticed. Defects be cured within two weeks.

Respondent No.2 of CA No.10911/2014 has yet to file the counter affidavit. Be filed within four weeks. Counter affidavit on behalf of the appearing respondents be also filed in four weeks.

C.A. No. 3646/2015

Service upon all the four respondents is complete. Counter affidavit be filed within four weeks. The Ld. Counsel for the appearing respondents have requested for complete set of the pleadings. Appellant to provide the same within two weeks. Counter affidavit be filed within four weeks thereafter

C.A. No. 3675-3680/2015

Service of common respondent No.1 of CA No.3676/2015 and CA No.3680/2015 and of respondent No.10 in C.A. No. 3675/2015 is complete but none has entered appearance. The office report qua this common respondent No.1 again seems contradictory. Registry to clarify the status of respondent No.2 of C.A. No. 3676/2015 has yet to file the counter affidavit. Counter affidavit of all the appearing respondents in all these appeals be filed within four weeks. Service report of respondent No.3 of C.A. No. 3677/2015 is still awaited from the Tribunal concerned. Reminder be issued. List again on 22.1.2016.

C.A. NO.10910917/2014

It is submitted that Mr. Devashish Bharukha, Advocate has not cured the defects in the vakalatnama he has filed on behalf of respondent nos. 1 in Appeal No. 10911 and 10916 of 2014 as he has not taken NOC from S.M. Jadhav & Co., Advocates. He has not filed counter affidavit on behalf of respondent no. 2 in Appeal No. 10911 of 2014. Counsel for the other represented respondents also have not filed counter affidavit in the matter so far. Service is complete.

CIVIL APPEAL No. 3646 of 2015

It is submitted that Counsel for the appellant has filed proof of service to Mr. Devashish Bharukha and Mr. Pukhramabam Ramesh Kumar, advocates but they are not a party in this matter. Counsel for the appellant has not filed proof of service to Mr. Samir Ali Khan, Counsel for Respondent nos. 1 to 4. Counsel for the respondent nos. 1 to 4 have not filed counter affidavit in the matter so far.

CIVIL APPEAL No. 367580 of 2015

It is submitted that Mr. Devashish Bharukha, Advocate has on 27.10.2015 filed vakalatama on behalf of Common respondent no. 1 in Appeal no. 3676 and 3680 of 2014 and respondent no. 2 in Appeal No. 3676 of 2014 but has not filed counter affidavit. Certificate of Service has been received for respondent no. 10 in Appeal No. 3675 of 2015 but no one has entered appearance on its behalf. Counsel of represented respondents have not filed counter affidavit in the matter so far. Counsel for the appellant has on 20.11.2015 filed proof of service to M/s Khaitan & Co.,Advocates, Mr. Samir Ali Khan and Mr. Sunil Kr. Jain., advocates.

It is further submitted that Reminder letter was issued to the Tribunal in respect of respondent no. respondent no. 3 in Appeal No. 3677 of 2015 . Certificate of Service in respect of respondent no. 3 in Appeal No. 3677 of 2015 is awaited from the Tribunal. Service is incomplete.

The matters abovementioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this Report.
