Respondent No.1 of CA No.10911/2014 and 10916/2014 has filed the vakalatnama but certain defects have been noticed. Defects be cured within two weeks.
Respondent No.2 of CA No.10911/2014 has yet to file the counter affidavit. Be filed within four weeks.
Counter affidavit on behalf of the appearing respondents be also filed in four weeks.

Service upon all the four respondents is complete.
Counter affidavit be filed within four weeks. The Ld. Counsel for the appearing respondents have requested for complete set of the pleadings. Appellant to provide the same within two weeks. Counter affidavit be filed within four weeks thereafter.
