All the appearing counsels for the served respondents are at liberty to file counter affidavit, if any, within four weeks time, if not already filed.

C.A. No. 3646/2015

With regard to respondent nos. 1 to 4, office report is silent for filing of counter affidavit. If not already filed counter affidavit, liberty is granted to all the counsel appearing for these respondents to file the same within four weeks time.

It appears from the office report that respondent No.5 is common as appellant in C.A. No.10910917/2014 and whereby he is already represented and accordingly service of respondent no.5 is deemed to have been accepted as complete service, since he has entered appearance as appellant in the other connected matter.

Respondent no.6 is also common as respondent No.2 in C.A. No.10916/2014 and the said respondent is already represented and and therefore service is accepted as service upon the said respondent who is also represented in the connected matter. Service is complete in respect of both respondents.

C.A. No. 3675-3680/2015

Service is complete in respect of respondent no.2 in C.A. No.3678/2015 but none has entered appearance. Respondent no.1 is at liberty to file counter affidavit, if any, in C.A. No.3677-78/2015 within four weeks time. For rest of the respondents, certificate of service is

still awaited from the Tribunal. Issue reminder. It appears from the office report that respondent no.1 in C.A. No.3676, 3680 of 2015 is common as respondent No.1 in C.A. No.10916/2014 and whereby representation is already made and therefore, service with regard to these matters are dispensed with and accepted as deemed served. Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 in C.A. No.3679/2015 is common as respondent nos. 1 and 2 in C.A. No.10914 /2014 and whereby representation is already made and therefore the service is dispensed with and these respondents are deemed served. Respondent No.3 in C.A. No.3680/2015 is common respondent No.2 in C.A. No.10916/2014 whereby representation already made and therefore, service with regard to these matters are dispensed with and accepted as deemed served. List again on 29.10.2015."

C.A. NO.10910917/2014

It is submitted that Mr. Devashish Bharukha, Advocate has on 27.10.2015 filed vakalatnama on behalf of respondent nos. 1 in Appeal No. 10911 and 10916 of 2014 but the same is defective as he has not taken NOC from S.M. Jadhav & Co., Advocates. He has also on 27.10.2015 filed vakalatama on behalf of respondent no. 2 in Appeal No. 10911 of 2014 but has not filed counter affidavit. Counsel for the other represented respondents also have not filed counter affidavit in the matter so far. Service is complete.

CIVIL APPEAL No. 3646 of 2015

It is submitted that Counsel for Respondent no. 1 4 has not filed counter affidavit in the matter . Service is complete.

CIVIL APPEAL No. 367580 of 2015

It is submitted that reminder letter was issued on 24.09.2015 to the Tribunal. Certificate of Service has been received for common respondent no. 1 in Appeal No. 3676 and 3680 of 2015 and respondent no. 10 in Appeal No. 3675 of 2015 but no one has entered appearance on its behalf. Counsel of respresented respondents have not filed counter affidavit in the matter so far. Mr. Devashish Bharukha, Advocate has on 27.10.2015 filed vakalatama on behalf of Common respondent no. 1 in Appeal no. 3676 and 3680 of 2014 and respondent no. 2 in Appeal No. 3676 of 2014 but has not filed counter affidavit. Certificate of Service in respect of respondent no. 3 in Appeal No. 3677 of 2015 is awaited from the Tribunal. Service is incomplete.

The matters abovementioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this Report.
