Agrawala, Advocate. Counsel for the represented respondents have not filed counter affidavit in the matter so far. Certificate of service has been received in respect of respondent no. 2 on Appeal No. 10913 of 2014 but no one has entered apperance. Certificate of service is awaited only for respondent no. 2 in Appeal No. 10911 of 2014.

Respondent no. 6 in this Appeal is common with respondent no. 2 in connected Appeal No. 10916 of 2014 and is represented by Mr. E.C. Agrawala, Advocate.

It is submitted that respondent no. 18 in Appeal No. 3675 of 2015 are represented by Mr. Samir Ali Khan, Advocate. Respondent no. 1 in Appeal No. 3677 is represented by M/s Khaitan & Co., Advocates. Respondent no. 1 in Appeal No. 3678 is represented by Mr. Sunil Kr. Jain, Advocate. Counsel for the represented respondents have not filed counter affidavit in the matter so far. NLPA was issued on 12.06.15 to respondents through Tribunal. Mr. D.S. Mahra, Advocate has entered apperance on behalf of common respondent no. 9,3,2,3,3 and 2 in Appeal No. 3675 – 80 of 2015 but has not filed counter affidavit. Certificate of service is awaited for the remaining respondents. Respondent no. 1 in Appeal No. 3676 and 3680 is common with respondent no. 1 in Appeal No. 10916 of 2014 and is represented by M/s S.m Jadhav & Co. Respondent no. 1 and 2 in 3679 is common with respondent nos. 1 and 2 in 10914 of 2014 and is represented by Mr. Pukhramabam Ramesh Kumar, Advocate.
