It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matters have been filed against the Judgment and Orders dated 31.10.2012 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in LA. APPs No. 1247 of 2008, 1248 of 2008, 1249 of 2008 alongwith application for condonation of delay in filing SLP (barred by time by 617 days) and the same has been included in SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that SLP(C) Nos. 20814-20815/2014 arising out of CC No. 11462-11463/2014 arising out of common order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 01.08.2014, when the Court was pleased to issue notice and the matter falls under "Complete" category. Copy of order dated 01.08.2014 is enclosed herewith.

It is further submitted that SLP(C) Nos. 19303-08/2014 @ CC Nos. 10486-10491/2014 (Main Case SLP(C) No. 6954-6971/2014) referred to on list of dates was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 21.07.2014, when the Court was pleased to direct issue of notice. Copy of order dated 21.07.2014 is marked as Annexure P-5 at page Nos. 154-155 of SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that C.A. No. 2360/2014 arising out of common order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 13.02.2014, when the Court was pleased to disposed of the same. Copy of order dated 13.02.2014 is

enclosed herewith.

The matters alongwith applications above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
