The matters alongwith applications above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 17.11.2014, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"Notice on the application for condonation of delay as well as on the Special Leave Petition."

It is submitted that as directed above, show cause notice to both respondents(common in all SLPs) was issued on 26.11.2014 by regd. A.D. M/s. Saharya & Co., Advocates has on 11.12.2014 filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of respondent No. 2 in SLP(C) No. 31353/2014 but he has not filed counter affidavit so far. A.D. card duly signed has been received from respondent No. 1 but no one has entered appearance so far.

For non filing of Counter Affidavit by counsel for the Respondent No. 2 and non appearance by Respondent No. 1, the matter was listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar from time to time and lastly listed on 30.09.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Respondent No.1 has already failed to appear, despite being duly served.

Respondent No.2 has not filed the counter affidavit. The Ld. Counsel has stated that no counter affidavit is to be filed on his behalf. In view thereof, the matter be processed to be listed before the Hon'ble Court, as per rules."

Service is complete.

The matters alongwith applications above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
