Mr. C.A. Sundram, learned Senior Counsel appearing for respondent no.1-College, has pointed out a difficulty in taking admission of the selected students as the said allotment orders were received by the counsel for respondents today. In the said allotment orders, the date of joining the institution is shown as on or before 06.10.2015. Therefore, admission of the students could not be taken place before the due date i.e. 06.10.2015. He also submits that the selected students have to come from remote areas for taking admission and therefore, they need some time for travelling and completing other formalities.
Mr. Subramonium Prasad, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the State of Tamil Nadu, very fairly submits that there is no difficulty in getting the admission of the selected students in the event time is extended by 12.10.2015.
In view of the fair submission made by Mr. Prasad, learned Senior Counsel for the State of Tamil Nadu, we extend the time by 12.10.2015 and direct to complete the admission process and thereafter, file an affidavit of compliance in this Court.
Mr. Gaurav Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner-DCI, submits that in view of the direction given by Mr. M.L. Meena, Secretary I/C, Dental Council of India, vide his letter dated 05.10.2015, the college authorities of all dental colleges have to upload the details of the students, admitted in BDS course in their dental institution for the academic sessions 2015-16, on DCI website by 07.10.2015. Therefore, in view of this order, the details of the selected students could not be uploaded on the DCI

website after 07.10.2015 as the portal of the said website will be closed. But, he fairly submits that the petitioner-DCI will accept the details of the students admitted by e-mail in the event the same is received by 12.10.2015.
