These are the applications seeking deletion of name of respondent no. 3 in C.A. Nos. 9091, 9099 and 9126 of 2011 and respondent nos. 3 to 7 in C.A. No. 9109 of 2011.

The applications are allowed at the risk of the appellants.

Registry has reported that the impleadment application filed in C.A. No. 9106 of 2011 is defective and the defects are not cured so far.

The application for impleadment stands dismissed.
