These are the appeals by Special Leave granted by this Hon'ble Court on 31.10.2011.

There are two respondents in Civil Appeal No. 9061 to 9090, 90929098,91109108 and 9110 of 2011, three respondents in Civil Appeal No. 9091 and 9099 of 2011 and seven respondents in Civil Appeal No. 9109 of 2011 . Respondent Nos. 12 in all the matters are common. Service in respect of all the Respondents is complete in all the matters, except Respondent No. 3 in Civil Appeal No. 9091 of 2011.

There are two respondents in in Civil Appeal No. 9116 to 9125 of 2011 and 9127 to 9135 of 2011 and three respodents in Civil Appeal No. 9126 of 2011. Service in respect of respodent nos. 12 is complete in all the matters but no one has chosen entered appearance so far.

It is submitted that respondent No. 3 in Civil Appeal No. 9091 and 9126 of 2011 has expired and counsel for the appellants has not taken any steps for substituion.

And the matters with this position were listed before the Ld. Registrar on

29.03.2016 when the following Order was passed:

"C.A. No. 9061-9110/2011 and C.A. No. 9116-9135/2011

Ld. Counsel for the appellant has not taken any steps to bring on record the Lrs. of deceased respondent no. 3 so far, despite last opportunity having been granted vide order dated 18.1.2016.

Hence, process the matters for listing before Hon'ble Judge-in-chambers for further directions. "

It is submitted that Mr. Jatin Javeri, counsel for the appellants has on 30.06.2016 filed two applications for deletion of performa respodent nos 3 in Civil Appeal No. 9091 and 9099 of 2016, respodent nos in 3 to 7 in Civil Appeal No. 9109 of 2011 and performa respondent no 3 in Civil Appeal No. 9126 of 2011, but the counsel has filed affidavit of his registerd clerk in support of the applications of deletion instead of affidavit of the appellants.

It is lastly submitted that application for impleadment filed by Mr. Jatin Javeri, counsel for the appellants in Civil Appeal No. 9106 of 2011 is still defective and counsel has not cured the defects so far.

The office report for directions in the matters abovementioned is listed before the Hon'ble JudgeinChamber.
