UPON hearing the counsel, the Court made the following ORDER

Issue notice in the case, restricted to petitioner nos. 3 and 4, namely, Samsenehar Bibi @ Chane Bibi and Rumi Khatun @ Rumi Bibi, returnable in the month of November 2023.

Notice will be served by all modes, including dasti.

In the meanwhile, petitioner nos. 3 and 4, namely, 🖫 samsenehar Bibi @ Chane Bibi and Rumi Khatun @ Rumi Bibi shall not be arrested, subject to their joining and cooperating with the investigation.

The present special leave petition qua petitioner nos. 1 and 2 stands dismissed.

It will be open to petitioner nos. 1 and 2, namely, Laltu Sk. and Jhantu Sk. to surrender before the trial court within a period of 10 days from today and apply for regular bail. Any application for regular bail filed will be considered and decided without being influenced by the impugned judgment and the dismissal of the present special leave petition.
