There are concurrent findings of fact recorded by both the courts below against the petitioner while refusing to pass the decree for specific performance for the agreement to sell. The findings of readiness and willingness are against the plaintiff and thereafter the decree for specific performance is denied.
We see no reason to interfere with the impugned judgment and order passed by the High Court in exercise of our powers under Article 136 of the Constitution of India.
The special leave petition stands dismissed accordingly.
