2014, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

" Issue notice on the application for Stay returnable within four weeks. Dasti, in addition, is permitted."

And lastly, the matter above mentioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar Court on

12th January, 2015, when the following order was passed:

" In view of the Hon'ble Court's order dated 10.11.2014, notice was issued on the application for stay which was returnable within four weeks. It appears from the office report that in respect of both the respondents, service is complete.

The Ld. Advocate, Mr. Rahul Arya, appearing on behalf of Mr. Nirnimesh Dubey, Advocateonrecord appears and undertakes to file vakalatnama on behalf of respondent No. 1 in course of the day. Though he intends to file counter affidavit, after receiving the complete set of the pleadings from the Ld. Counsel for the petitioner, liberty is granted to the Ld. Counsel for respondent No. 1 to file counter affidavit provided complete set of the pleadings be served upon the Ld. Counsel for respondent No. 1 State within one week.

Registry to process the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Court, as per order dated 10.11.2014 forthwith.

It is submitted for information of the Hon'ble Court that there were eight respondents in the instant matter. The names of respondent Nos. 3 to 8 have been deleted from the array of parties vide Court's Order dated 17/12/2014 pass in I.A. No. 3. Accordingly cause title has been amended and the same is being circulated before the Hon'ble Court with this report. ..2/

It is further submitted that respondent Nos. 1 and 2 are represented by Mr. Nirnimesh Dube, Advocate but no counter affidavit has been filed so far.

Service of notice is complete.
