VERSUS-

"Issue notice on the application for Stay returnable within four weeks. Dasti, in addition, is also permitted."

And lastly, the matter abovementioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 06th April, 2015 when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"There are 13 Petitioners before us, whose say is that they were entitled to be appointed. The entire selection process has been put to an end on various grounds. Therefore fresh recruitment process is now intended to be initiated. Keeping the interest of the parties before us as well as the general public in view, we direct that this fresh process may be initiated and completed, but with the exception that the last 13 candidates who have been shortlisted for appointment pursuant to the fresh recruitment should not be issued any appointment letter. The advertisement or publicity connected with the fresh recruitment shall make this amply clear. If an advertisement has already been issued, a corrigendum bringing this arrangement to the notice of candidates should be published forthwith.

List this Petition be listed for consideration on a nonMisc. Day in the month of August, 2015."

It is submitted for information of the Hon'ble Court that there were eight respondents in the instant matter. The names of respondent Nos. 3 to 8 have been deleted from the array of parties vide Court's Order dated 17.12.2014.

It is further submitted that Mr. Nirmimesh Dube, Advocate for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 has filed counteraffidavit which has been included in the paperbooks. No rejoinder affidavit has been filed so far.

Service of notice is complete.
