The Petition abovementioned has been filed by Mr. M.M. Kashyap, Advocate on 27.11.2014 against the Judgment and order dated 11.07.2014 in High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan at Jodhpur in D.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 10544 of 2013.

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has filed two applications one for condonation of delay in filing SLP which is barred by time by 49 days and another for condonation of delay in refiling the SLP and which is barred by time by 55 days. Total delay of 104 days.

It is submitted that Special Leave Petition(C) No. 22387 of 2014(Main matter are SLP 3200832009/2013) arsing out of relied upon Judgment was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 29.08.2014 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to issue notice. Copy of the Record of Proceedings dated 29.04.2014 is enclosed for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner was required to file copy of Notification dated 28.05.2013 as per undertaking given by him but instead of filing the said notification, he has on 06.11.2015 filed a letter stating therein that copy of the Notification is not relevant for adjoudication of the issue raised in SLP.(Copy of letter is enclosed herewith).

The matter abovementioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
