Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 have appeared and they have not filed their counter affidavit so far and no time is sought for filing counter affidavit. Respondent No.4 has been served with notice but there is no appearance. the counsel for the petitioner has filed affidavit regarding service of notice on Respondent Nos. 1, 6 and 7. The application for impleadment of Dasti in place of Respondent No.5 is also intended to be filed.
