UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following ORDER

Issue fresh notice to the unserved respondents through Registered Post A.D. Dasti service, in addition, is allowed. State Authorities are permitted to be served through the Standing Counsel. Petitioner is permitted to take the help of the nearest Civil Court or the Trial court for confirming dasti service upon unserved respondents. For the purpose, copy of this order be forwarded to such Court with a specific direction to the Serving Officer to affix the notice at the given address, if the process server could not serve it in due course and to file proper report as provided under the Code of Civil Procedure.

List the matters on 13-5-2009.
