precious years have already gone bye. Learned counsel accordingly states that the proceedings before the Rent Controller be expedited. We find merit in the contention advanced by the

learned counsel for the petitioner. We would request the Rent Controller to dispose of the eviction petition as expeditiously as possible and preferably within one year.
