Petitioner has failed to file fresh particulars and take fresh steps to effect service on respondent nos.1 & 2 in SLP(C) No. 19391/2022 and respondent Nos.1 & 3 in SLP(C) No.19392/2022, though last chance was granted.

As requested, another final opportunity of two weeks, is granted to the petitioner, to do the needful.

Service through dasti, in addition, is permitted.
