This Special Leave Petitions alongwith application for permission to file special leave petition has been filed by Mr. V. Shyamohan, Advocate on 15th September, 2015 against the judgment and Order dated 26.06.2015 of the High Court of Kerala at Ernakulam in W.A. No. 659 of 2015 in W.P. (C) No. 32079 of 2014.

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that SLP(C) No. 29237 of 2014 (arising out of SLP CC No. 16666 of 2014) entitled MANAGING DIRECTOR, KSB (M & M) CORP. LTD ANR. Vs. P B GOPI AND ANR. arising out of similar issue was dismissed by this Hon'ble Court on 27.10.2014(Copy of the record of proceeding dated 27.10.2014 has been enclosed herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court).

It is further submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that counsel for the petitioners has filed letter dated 05.10.2015 stating therein that exibits/documents dated 30.03.2015, 01.06.2015, 11.01.2001, 16.03.2003, 01.02.1984 are not relevant at the stage of admission of the matter filed by the petitioners herein and counsel for the petitioner undertakes to file the said documents as and when required by the Hon'ble Court.(Copy of the advocate letter dated 05.10.2015 is annexed at Page No. 170 of the SLP paper books for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court)

The application alongwith matter above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
