It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that in view of order quoted above, the Counsel for the all appearing Respondents has not filed counter affidavit so far hence no rejoinder affidavit filed. Counsel for the petitioner has not filed affidavit of valuation so far.

SLP (C) No. 29679 of 2015

It is submitted that there are four Respondents. Mr. Jogy Scaria, Advocate has filed counter affidavit on behalf of Respondent No. 1 (Copy of the same has been included in the SLP paperbooks for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court). Ms. Pooja Dhar, Counsel for the petitioner has filed Rejoinder affidavit with leave of Hon'ble Court (Copy of the same has been included in the SLP paperbooks for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court). Counsel for the Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 has not filed counteraffidavit so far.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has not filed affidavit of valuation so far.

The matters above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 23rd November, 2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Permission to file SLP is granted. Delay condoned. Issue notice both on the Special Leave Petition as well as on the prayer for interim relief.

Tag with SLP(C) No. 29678 of 2015 etc.

Counter Affidavit be filed within four weeks. Rejoinder, if any, be filed within two weeks' hence. List thereafter."

Accordingly show cause notice was issued to all the four respondents through registered A.D. post. Ms. Liz Mathew, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 2 but has not filed counter affidavit so far. A.D. cards duly signed have been received from Respondent Nos. 3 & 4 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far. Neither A.D. card nor unserved cover containing show cause notice has been received back from Respondent No. 1 so far. Counsel for the petitioner has on 29.03.2016 filed proof of service in respect of Respondent Nos. 1 to 4.

It is submitted that Counsel for the Respondent has not filed counter affidavit so far hence no Rejoinder affidavit.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has not filed affidavit of valuation so far.
