It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that usual and dasti notice was issued on 19.10.2015 to Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 in SLP (C) 29678 of 2015 and Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 in SLP (C) 29679 of 2015. Mr. Jogy Scaria, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 1 in both the matters but counter affidavit not filed so far. Mr. Uttara Babbar, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 3 & 4 (in SLP (C) 29678 of 2015 and 29679 of 2015 respectively) but counter affidavit not filed so far. Mr. V. Shyamohan has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 3 in SLP (C) 29679 of 2015 but counter affidavit not filed so far. Counsel for the petitioners has filed affidavit of dasti service stating therein that Respondent No.2 common in both the matters has been served but no one entered appearance. Counsel for the petitioners has not filed affidavit of valuation so far.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner in SLP (C) 29678 of 2015 has on 17.11.2015 filed application for permission to file additional documents and same is registered as I.A. No. 1 (Copy of the same is being circulated for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court)

The matters abovementioned were mentioned before the Hon'ble Court on 19.11.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Taken on Board. List the matter on 23.11.2015 before an appropriate Bench."

Service of show cause notice is complete in both the matters.
