UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

Respondent nos. 1 to 6, 8 to 14, 16 to 19, 21 to 25, 27, 28 and 54 to 57 have filed counter affidavit but after opportunity was declined. Registry to make a specific mention at the time of listing.

None appears for respondent nos. 15, 26, 36 and 50 though opportunities were sought for filing vakalatnama on their behalf by the learned counsel appearing for the appellants in other tagged matters.

Respondent nos. 59 and 64 have not filed counter affidavit despite last opportunity having been granted on 22.08.2016. As such, further opportunity is declined.

None appears for respondent no. 68 despite due service.
