Respondent Nos.1 to 6, 8 to 14, 16 to 19, 21 to 25, 27, 28 and 54 to 57 have not filed counter affidavit, despite last opportunity having been granted. Further opportunity is declined. Four weeks' time, as last opportunity, is granted to respondent Nos.15, 26, 36 and 50 for filing vakalatnama and counter affidavit. Respondent No.32 is appellant in C.A. No.11340/2013 wherein he is duly represented, as such, service is deemed to be complete but none appears on his behalf in this matter. Four weeks' time is granted to respondent Nos.59 to 64 for filing counter affidavit. Fresh steps to be taken for service of respondent No.69 within two weeks' time, as last opportunity. Notice thereafter be issued."

It is submitted that it was inadvertently mentioned in the office report dated 17.08.2016 that respondent No. 69 is unserved instead of respondent No. 68. Duly signed A.D. Card has been received back in respect of respondent No. 69 but no one has entered appearance on its behalf and respondent No. 68 is unserved in the matter. Counsel for the appellant has filed copy of the petition, hence if ordered we may issue notice to respondent No. 68.
