UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R SLP NOS. 10660-10787/2023

Prayer made in this application for deleting the name of respondent No.20 from the array of the respondents as it is stated by the learned counsel that the said respondent is not a necessary

party nor has any relief claimed against the said respondent rather said respondent was a proforma respondent before the High Court. Prayer made in the application is accepted. The deletion of the name of Respondent No.20 at the risk and peril of the petitioner is ordered.

Amended memo of parties be filed within a period of four weeks.

**Prayer in this application is for substitution of the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner No.4-**Vikram Singh who has expired on 12.10.2023.

There is delay of 9 days for moving the application which has led to the abatement on behalf of the said petitioner No.4.

For the reasons mentioned in the applications, the present applications are allowed. Application for condonation of delay is allowed for setting aside abatement. The application for setting aside abatement is also allowed as also the application for substitution of legal representatives of deceased petitioner No.4- Vikram Singh. The details of the legal representatives as mentioned in paragraph 2 of the application are brought on record.

Let the amended memo of the parties be filed in the Registry within two weeks.
