Vide order dated 16.01.2015, this Court directed the petitioner herein to appear before the Investigating Officer at New Delhi thrice a week. Learned senior counsel appearing for the Signature Not Verified Digitally signed by petitioner states that it is difficult for the Charanjeet Kaur Date: 2015.02.20 Reason: petitioner to appear before the Investigating Officer at New Delhi thrice a week as the petitioner is a permanent resident of Ankleswar, District Bharuch, 2 Gujarat. Therefore, he may be directed to appear before the Station House Officer at Ankleswar, District Bharuch, Gujarat thrice a week. In our opinion, the request made by learned senior counsel appears to be reasonable. Moreoever, the said request is not opposed by learned counsel for the respondent

In that view of the matter, we modify the order passed by this Court on 16.01.2015 and we now direct that the petitioner shall appear before the Station

House Officer at Ankleswar, District Bharuch, Gujarat thrice a week.

Order dated 16.01.2015 is modified to the aforesaid extent.

Rest of the order dated 16.01.2015 shall remain undisturbed.
