This is an application seeking modification of order dated 16th January, 2015 as amended by order dated 20th February, 2015 for a further modification that the appellant be now exempted from appearing before the concerned Police Station thrice a week, as he has been doing so for the last ten years. The appeal is still pending before this Court.

Considering the request made and the fact that the appeal has not been heard for the last ten years, we do not find any justification for the appearance of the appellant thrice a week before the concerned Police Station. The condition as contained in Clause (b) of the order dated 16th January, 2015 as modified on 20th February, 2015 shall stand deleted.

IA No. 77103/2025 is disposed of accordingly.
