Perused the order dated 3rd October, 2023 passed by this Court.

We direct the respondent-State of Goa to demarcate the area of 1.15 hectares and to fence the same in terms of the order dated 3rd October, 2023. At the time of demarcation, the State will serve advance notice to the appellant and all other concerned parties.

We grant time of two months to the respondent-State of Goa to complete the exercise.
