It is submitted that Pursuant to order dated 27th September, 2016 Names of Mr. Gaurav Sharma, Advocate, Mr. Guntur Prabhakar, Advocate and Mr. Y. Rajagopala Rao, Advocate has been updated in data. However, Mr. G.N Reddy, Advocate and Mr. K. Parameshwar, Advocates have not filed proof of service of Petition on the Advocates as per Court's order dated 27th September, 2016 so far.

It is further submitted that SLP(C) No. 11958 of 2016 referred to on listing proforma was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 26th July, 2016, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to order " Part Heard and Put up for further hearing on 03.08.2016 as part heard ". (A copy of record of proceeding dated 26th July, 2016 is enclosed herewith)
