The Special Leave Petitions above-mentioned have been filed against the common Judgment and order dated 27th June, 2016 of the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh in CRP No. 4654 of 2015 and Review Petition CRP No. 4189 of 2015.

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that delay of 33 days and 31 days in refiling SLPs, respectively which have been condoned by Additional Registrar I-B vide order dated 28.11.2016.

It is further submitted that SLP (C) No. 35079 is tagged with SLP (C) No. 35071 of 2016 as both are filed between same parties and are arising out of similar issue.

The aforesaid matters are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.

The Special Leave Petition above-mentioned has been filed against the Judgment and order dated 28th July, 2016 of the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh in Writ Petition No. 24291 of 2016.

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that counsel for the petitioner has on 2 nd August, 2016 filed an application for seeking exemption from filing the certified copy of the impugned order and the same has been registered as I.A. No. 1 of 2016.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has filed a letter dated 2 nd August, 2016 stating therein that the impugned order is complete and there is nothing left blank. In the original copy of the impugned order, it is written like this and thus the same has been typed as per the original copy and there is nothing blank or missing in the impugned order. (Copy of Advocate letter dated 02.08.2016 is enclosed herewith for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.)

It is further submitted that the instant matter is tagged with SLP (C) No. 22639 of 2016 as both are arising out of similar issue and is to be listed before the Hon'ble Court on 8th August, 2016 in Court No. 4 as Item No. 46.

The aforesaid matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
