UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R SLP(C) No.16303/2012 No further steps required, as counter affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 4 has already been filed on record. Item No.43 -2- The learned counsel for respondent No.5 has submitted at Bar that she does not wish to file any counter affidavit. Further necessary orders, as per rules, shall be passed as and when the other connected matters would become ready. SLP(C) No.26877/2012 Respondent No.1 has failed to file counter affidavit within the time granted by the Court. On behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 4, the learned Advocate, Ms. Sangeeta Mandal has undertaken to file vakalatnama as well as counter affidavit by the next date. Four weeks' time is granted. Respondent No.5 is reported to be duly and properly served but none appeared nor any steps have been taken on his behalf.
