UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R SLP(C) No.16303/2012 The learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 4 has Item No.50 -2 submitted at Bar that counter affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos.2 and 4 has already been filed on record and during the course of the day, he would be filing counter affidavit on behalf of respondent No.3. As pointed out in the earlier order, the learned counsel for respondent No.5 does not wish to file any counter affidavit on record. Office to file clear report in respect of respondent No.3 so as to facilitate this Court to pass necessary orders. SLP(C) No.26877/2012 Three weeks' time is granted to respondent No.1, as final chance, for filing counter affidavit. The learned counsel has made a submission at Bar that he would be filing vakalatnama as well as counter affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 4 by the next date. Respondent No.5 is reported to be duly and properly served through dasti but none appeared. SLP(C) No.37250/2012

Respondent No.1 to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit within three weeks. Respondent No.5 is granted three weeks' time for filing counter affidavit on record.
