UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
The learned ASG, on instructions, states that out of 15 protected witnesses, 07 witnesses have been examined. However, the Reason:
prosecution does not desire to examine the remaining 08 protected witnesses. He states that 56 more witnesses are proposed to be examined.
We grant time of three weeks to the learned ASG to file the counter affidavits in SLP (Crl.) No.12077/2023 and SLP (Crl.) No. 14183/2023.
List on 29th April, 2024.
In the meanwhile, the learned ASG to take instructions about the antecedents of the petitioners.
