It is submitted that Special Leave Petition (C) Nos. 2589-2594 of 2015 arising out of similar issue filed by the same parties was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 02.02.2015 when the Court was pleased to direct issue of notice and the same is still pending before the Hon'ble Court (copy of order dated 02.02.2015 enclosed at page no. 122 of SLP paper books)

It is further submitted that the Special Leave Petition (C) Nos. 32796-32817 of 2014 was dismissed as withdrawn of by this Hon'ble Court on 08.12.2014 (copy of order dated 08.12.2014 is Marked as Annexure P-5 at page no. 121 of SLP paper books.)

It is submitted that the instant matters have been tagged with SLP(C) CC. Nos. 19157-19160 of 2015 as both are arising out of similar issue and same petitioner and Mr. S. N. Bhat, Advocate for the petitioner has filed a letter dated 14.10.2015 in SLP(C) CC Nos. 19319-46 of 2015. Copy of letter is enclosed at page no. 138 of SLP paper books.
